All I can say is wow! The best customer service experience buying a car I've ever encountered. The Genesis GV 80 is an awesome car coupled with my great staff person Lisa and everyone else that worked with me.

My husband surprised me with the GV80. I was stunned! It’s the most comfortable and luxurious suv I’ve had. Lisa Albanese with Mentor Genesis went above & beyond to find my exact requirements for my dream vehicle and assisted in a beautiful surprise gift giving of the vehicle - big red bow included! She was wonderful to work with. 10 stars on both Lisa, Classic Genesis, and to my hubby.

After looking at several dealerships to find my next vehicle… My search concluded once I had boots on the ground at Genesis of Mentor. It all started with my excellent point of contact Elise in the business development office. For my initial internet inquiry on a vehicle, I was not pestered and blown up with a million emails or voicemails, (as many other locations did to me). Instead, I was greeted very kindly, all of my questions were answered on a timely basis, while the level of professionalism never seemed to waiver. Upon arriving on location, my sales associate Lisa had already worked out all of the details to make sure the process was smooth and transparent. My vehicle was clean and waiting for my test drive in the front lot with gas in it…unlike other locations. Ample time and consideration was put into making sure my experience was smooth and went fast, (so very important). I’m sure we can all agree…. we all have had at least one, or five experiences at a dealership where we waited for hours and hours……and seemed to accomplish nothing. This was the exact opposite at Genesis of Mentor. Hats off to how the process was custom tailored for me as a New Genesis Customer. The general manager has an active presence at this location, and was attentive to what was going on, I was shocked to be able to meet him, and was in awe how genuine he was. The whole staff wanted to make sure I was genuinely happy before my commitment and after my purchase as well. Jamie the Sales Manager was very knowledgeable and the whole team was extremely accommodating throughout my journey. They even arranged a driver to pick me up from my home since I had recently sold my old car!!! Talk about service! Aiden was my driver, he was very attentive, and prompt when picking me up for my vehicle delivery. To top of the vip experience I was already having, Kyle in the Finance department was very organized, and fluent with his responsibilities. He presented things and explained things in a manner I could understand. There was no pressure at this Dealership, and everything ’’gelled’’ unlike other process’s I’ve encountered so many times. I even chose to extend my warranty, which was a no brainer seeing the service this team provides is no short of exceptional. Encapsulating my experience at Genesis of Mentor, I must say not only do I recommend them after looking at many a different Dealership…I would even check them out if they are off the beaten path from your home or business and looking for a Genesis….Not to mention, this is a Real Genesis Dealer, not a Multi-Brand store. Genesis of Mentor showed me nothing but compassion and care during one of the larger, more important purchases I have made in my life. Just had the concierge service for my G70 service done..and it went so well and even better than when the Classic Hyundai dealer was doing it..they communicated better, where quicker, and even cleaned and vacuumed the car out..premium brand with premium dealership should be better and it was..plus the nice GV80 was a plus

When I purchased my Genesis GV70 this past May at Hyundai/Genesis of Mentor, I was given a brief tutorial on some of the basic features of the car by the salesman from whom I purchased it. However, because the car contains many more technical features beyond what time allowed when I first picked up the car, I returned to the newly built Genesis dealership a few months later for a “refresher course” on the car. Upon arrival, I was introduced by the sales manager to one of the new salesman, Joe Kennedy, who gladly volunteered to spend the time with me to review its many features, even though he was not my original salesperson. Joe was not only well versed on its features, he spent considerably more time with me than what I would have expected in order to make sure I was familiar them. For anyone who might be considering the purchase or leasing of a Genesis, I would recommend you ask for Joe. He possesses the knowledge and patience every salesperson should have. Lastly, please know, my review and comments are unsolicited.
